The Connecticut State Council has officially launched their new Website.  Connecticut State Deputy, Phil Guerrett, has issued a Statement regarding the launching of the new site and rules that will be observed........Also, a link to the State Council Website has been included on the Links page.  Go there now.

Latest Council 50 News

Setback League - League starts September 12th.  So far 12 teams have signed up.  This should be another exciting season.

Fantasy Racing League (FRL) -  The 3rd and final Trimester of the 2008 season is underway.  Good Luck to all of this years participants.

Chiken & Ribs Night - Saturday, September 20th.  - The first barbeque of the year, starts 6:30pm, and tickets are $12/pp.  Then menu will include Chicken, Ribs, Baked Potato, and Salad.  You can't beat this meal!!!

Clambake - Saturday, September 27th.  - From Noon to 5:00pm, Tickets are $30/pp and includes Lobster, Steak, Clams, Shrimp, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Corn, Clam Chowder, Beer and Wine.  Children's Tickets are $5/pp and includes Hot Dog and Hamburgers only.  Tickets are available at the Council and must be purchased by September, 17th.  This a family event open to members and non-members alike.  Another great event that shouldn't be missed!!!

Golf Tournament -  The Men and Women's mixed Golf Tournament will be held at Grassmere Golf Course on Sunday, September 21st.  Sign-up at the Council if you are interested in playing.  Tickets are $55/pp and includes 9 holes of Golf with Cart, Steak Dinner, and Prizes.  Come challenge last years undefeated Champions!

Tootsie Roll Drive -  Council #50 will once again be holding our annual Tootsie Roll Drive the weekend of October 18th and 19th.  Grand Knight Bill Philips asks for volunteers to donate an hour or two of your time to help support this worthy cause.  Sign up at the Council or contact Bill Philips.
